Sauteed Bean Curd with Honey

You can eat honey directly or add it to different dishes, including delicious ones. One is a mixture of honey and poppy seed oil mixed with tofu fried in oil. Not only is it delicious and easy to make, but it's also packed with fiber, iron, vitamin C, and calcium.
