Sauteed Bean Curd with Honey

You can eat honey directly or add it to different dishes, including delicious ones. One is a mixture of honey and poppy seed oil mixed with tofu fried in oil. Not only is it delicious and easy to make, but it's also packed with fiber, iron, vitamin C, and calcium. Here is the recipe for stir-fried tofu with honey. 2 tablespoons sesame oil 396 grams non-corrosive, cut 1 x 3cm steak, dry with kitchen toilet paper 150 grams than hong 1 tablespoon of tamari(Japanese gluten-free tomato sauce, or substitute regular soy sauce) 2 teaspoons five-spice powder (Ngohiong) 1 tablespoon honey, 1 red pepper flake, sliced One leek, cut into finger size 2 bundles, wash and separate the leaves Fried bean curd with honey 1. Heat oil over medium heat. 2. When it's hot, put the tofu in and cook for five minutes. 3. Turn the tofu over and fry for another three minutes. 4. Keep cooking for 10 minutes and don't forget to go back and forth to make sure they don't burn. 5. If it's crunchy, pick it up and set it aside. Keep it warm. 6. Here is your order.
